8. Costs incurred in the event of cancellation
In the event of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is borne by the consumer, unless the business provides otherwise.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of products made to order, as well as opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

The prices shown are gross prices and include VAT, unless otherwise provided by law.

Orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
