Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

During this period, orders are usually not yet processed, so cancellation is possible.

Orders in progress

After the 12-hour deadline, the order may be in one of the following states:

• Under processing

• Under packaging

• Prepared for delivery

• Handed over to the courier service

If the order has entered one of these stages, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

In such a case, please wait until you receive the package and then initiate the return process as set out in the Return Policy.
