By finalizing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Return product

Deadline

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange after the 30-day deadline.


Conditions

The returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in unused condition

  • Must be returned in its original packaging.

  • It must be in the same condition as when received.

For hygiene products, the product must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.


Damages resulting from personal use

We are not responsible for damages caused by the following reasons:

  • Improper use

  • Negligence

  • Inappropriate treatment

The return policy applies only to manufacturing defects.


Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Undergarment

  • Lingerie

  • Other sealed hygiene products (after opening)

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • In case of damage, a photo of the product

  • Contact details


Refund

Proceedings

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you by email of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and will be issued to the original payment method.


Late or missing refund

If the refund has not been received after 30 days:

  • Check your bank account or card statement

  • If the problem persists, please contact us at the email address above.


Return costs

  • The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

  • We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.


Return address

Returns must be sent to Asia.
Shipping costs start at $25 and are borne by the buyer.


Exception – Defective or incorrectly shipped product

If you have received a defective or incorrect product:

  • We will send you a replacement product free of charge.

  • If the error persists on the second delivery, we will provide a full refund.


Cancel order

It is not possible to cancel an order more than 24 hours after placing it due to the automated processing system.
